Global Sales Trainee

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC: 
- Market Research: Research international markets, competitors, and customers; build a B2B database of prospects, distributors, and partners; produce market/business development reports.
- International Sales: Manage outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, meetings), prepare quotes and proposals, track pipeline, and gradually take ownership of accounts.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain client relationships, follow up on inquiries/orders, coordinate internally to meet customer needs, and support complaint resolution.
- Negotiation & Closing: Support pricing, MOQ, and terms negotiations; apply consultative/value-based selling; handle objections and drive deals to close.
- Export Coordination: Learn Incoterms, shipping docs, and customs processes; liaise with Export, Logistics, Finance, QA/QC, R&D, and Production; track order/shipment status.
Product Knowledge: Build expertise in rice and bakery/cake product lines — specs, USPs, pricing, MOQ, and competitive positioning.

 YÊU CẦU: 
1. Education 
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Business English, Economics. 
- Minimum GPA: 7.0/10 or equivalent. 
- Candidates with GPA ≥ 8.0/10 will be preferred. 
- Candidates with a lower GPA may still be considered if they demonstrate strong English communication, commercial mindset, sales potential and relevant extracurricular/internship experience. 
2. Experience 
- The Final year Student/ Fresh graduates or candidates with under 6 months of experience are welcome. 
- Internship or experience in Sales, Business Development, Export, Customer Service, FMCG/F&B or International Business is an advantage. 
3. Mobility – MUST HAVE 
Willing to work full-time in Ho Chi Minh City; willing to travel for business within Vietnam and participate in international business trips when required; comfortable working with international customers and multicultural teams.
